General
Contractor: Austin Commercial, Inc. - Dallas, Texas- This
$100 million dollar, world-class grandstand, racetrack and
simulcast complex was built on a fast-track basis. Our portion
of the project consisted of providing a 2,000-ton chilled
water central plant serving the grandstand and installing
300-tons of unitary rooftop equipment for the simulcast building
(not shown).
