Berger has spent his entire career in the mechanical contracting
industry. Actively involved in the leadership and direction
of the firm, Mr. Berger sets the mandate of serving our customers
in a professional and expeditious manner.
Registered as both a Professional Engineer and Licensed Mechanical
Contractor in over twenty states, Mr. Berger brings a solid
technical background to mechanical construction that sets
one of the highest standards in the industry.

As
Director of Construction Operations, Mr. Smith oversees the
Company’s mechanical installation efforts around the
country. With twenty-one years of experience in managing
a wide range of commercial, industrial and institutional
projects, Mr. Smith has developed a responsive and effective
construction team to serve our clients in a timely and first
class manner. |

MIKE NEILL
Director
of Service Operations
Mr.
Neill leads the Company’s Commercial Service and Special
Projects Department and is responsible for overseeing the
thirty-five individuals in this portion of the Company.
The Service
Department provides 24 hour, seven days-a-week HVAC service
and preventative maintenance support for our commercial
and industrial customers throughout Texas.
Having
received his Bachelor of Business degree from Tarleton
State University, Mr. Neill has spent over thirty-five
years in the mechanical contracting industry. |

SCOTT
BERGER
Vice
President
Mr.
Berger has been with the firm for 20 years. His responsibilities
include conceptual estimating, design/assist & design/build
engineering, project estimating and project sales.
Licensed
as both mechanical engineer and mechanical contractor from
North Carolina to Nevada, Mr. Berger leads the firm's efforts
on design/build, design/assist mechanical projects around
the country.
