RICHARD L. BERGER
President
Mr. Berger has spent his entire career in the mechanical contracting business. Involved in overseeing the Company’s direction and leadership, Mr. Berger is a Registered Professional Engineer in twenty states and also holds mechanical contracting licenses from the District of Columbia to California.

Mr. Berger received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Master in Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

SCOTT BERGER
Executive Vice President
Mr. Berger is a licensed mechanical engineer and mechanical contractor whose primary responsibilities include marketing, conceptual design/engineering of commercial and industrial projects, project budgeting/estimating and project sales.

Mr. Berger received his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and his Master in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

MIKE NEILL
Vice President
Mr. Neill leads the Company’s Commercial Service and Special Projects Department and is responsible for overseeing the Company’s 24 hour, seven\days-a-week HVAC service and preventative maintenance support for commercial, institutional and industrial customers throughout Texas.

Having received his Bachelor of Business degree from Tarleton State University, Mr. Neill has spent over thirty years in the mechanical contracting industry.

SCOTT ROAN
Director of Operations
As Director of Construction Operations, Mr. Roan is responsible for the Company’s responsive and first-class construction efforts to our commercial, institutional and industrial clients. With over 20 years of industry experience, Mr. Roan’s resumes includes division management, project management, estimating, conceptual design-assist and marketing responsibilities.
